St. Patrick’s Day
---
1.    St. Patrick was a 5th century Romano- British Christian missionary and bishop in Ireland.
2.    It celebrates the Roman Catholic feast day of the patron saint of Ireland.
3.    They celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on March 17 because that was the day Saint Patrick died.
4.    On St Patrick's Day it is customary to wear shamrocks and/or green clothing or accessories (the "wearing of the green"). St Patrick is said to have used the shamrock, a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy trinity to the pagan Irish
